With the average dress size now 16, Aldi is also trying to muscle in on the growing (no pun intended) plus size market with its announcement today of a range for women wearing 16 – 30 clothes.
The range focuses on casual clothing and is in store from today. They’ve got essential wear, wide fitting loafers, tights and undies. I do buy Aldi clothes and they are usually a hit, especially thermals for skiing, gloves and accessories, so I’d be happy to seem them succeed with this range of clothing. Here is some of the range:
S
horty PJs, £8.99 (Sizes: 18-28)
Made from comfy cotton, these cool Shorty PJs come with a top and shorts and are available in two fun designs, so you can head to bed feeling cool and looking fabulous.
Leggings, £4.99 (Sizes: 18-26)![leggings](https://www.mrsbargainhunter.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/leggings1-248x295.png)
Stay bang on-trend with Aldi’s cotton-rich Leggings with elastane, available in either full or three-quarter length in sizes 18 to 26. Team with a casual top or for a more glamorous look, wear with a dress and heels for a night on the town. Depending on quality, this is a great price. I normally head to Evans and the last full length pair I bought were £12.
Top, £6.99 (Sizes: 18-26)
Whether you’re in the office or heading out shopping at the weekend, Aldi’s stylish Ladies’ Top comes in a choice of three spring / summer colours; red, blue and mocha. Made from 95% cotton with 5% Lycra, this top will flatter your figure and ensure you look great.
Bra – 2 pack, £8.99 (Sizes: 38-42D, 38-42DD & 38-42E)
Aldi’s non-padded bra has double-layered seamless jersey cups, and comes underwired with adjustable straps. Excellent quality and built to last, it provides comfortable, everyday support to flatter your shape.
